This project focuses on improving the user experience of the United Football League's (UFL) digital platform. By identifying flaws in the structure and usability of the scheduling and roster pages, the goal was to deliver intuitive, accessible, and research-backed solutions tailored to fans. The redesign was centered on enhancing clarity and engagement while maintaining consistency with industry standards.
The project was initiated and led through my vision. Through the formation of a foundation from the sports design industry and user interface best practices, I took the lead role in shaping the project goals and direction.
I collaborated with two group members, researching competitor platforms, and assessing UI standards across the sports industry, and identifying common biases that are implemented in traditional platforms. The overall goals reflected analysis of specific UI elements with the UFL website for improvement.
Through my specific role, the focus surrounded prototyping functional, research-backed solutions. Every decision and research outcome are tailored to effective revision, ensuring the final product is aligned with user expectations while enhancing the accessibility.
Enhanced user experience and fan engagement.
Gained experience balancing innovation with feasibility.
Deepened my understanding of design standards in the sports industry.
